Welcome to Hickson House
Set in the soaring brickwork and girders of the former Saatchi & Saatchi garage, scene of many infamous warehouse parties; now houses new creative spirits in the shadow of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and just a stone’s throw from the harbour. Hickson House is the home of our craft spirits distillery, set in the historic Metcalfe Bond Stores, The Rocks.
Craft spirit distillery Hickson House Distilling Co. is relocating its distilling operations from its original home in the The Rocks to Marrickville. The move follows a requirement to cease using the Metcalfe Bond Stores space as a distillery and bar at this time due to building fire safety compliance.
The Hickson House Bar & Kitchen will be temporarily closed until further notice.
